James is a registered Yoga Alliance Hatha and Ashtanga Teacher who undertook his Ha-tha yogic studies in Rishikesh, India (the home of yoga).
James’ classes challenge your body and mind by working through dynamic yoga positions as well as exploring different areas of the body. Each class focuses on building physical strength through a focus on both the mind and breath. The classes will end with a wonderful guided relaxation leaving you feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead. Classes are suitable to all ages and abilities and adjustments and alternative positions will be provided accordingly to individual practitioners throughout the class.
